Over the last few days, IndiGo has cancelled hundreds of flights, with many more delayed by several hours. The worst-hit airports include New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune, where passengers reported long queues, overcrowded terminals, and poor communication from the airline.
According to official updates, operational challenges triggered a cascading effect, leading to more than 500 disruptions across the network.

IndiGo’s problems reportedly stem from:
